2026: Strengthening Academic Programming & Security
Literacy is our most urgent need. With a growing number of students with dyslexia, we must adopt a Science of Reading-aligned program proven to improve outcomes for all learners. A comprehensive reading program with digital tools costs nearly $50,000 and will have a transformative impact for generations of students.
We must also expand digital learning support to identify and close learning gaps. Lexia, a personalized literacy intervention platform, costs $45 per student, approximately $20,000 schoolwide.
A portion of this Fund-A-Need will support campus safety and security, including annual upgrades to the Centegix emergency alert system and daily police officer presence on campus.
